Annual Vestry Meeting: This important meeting will take place on Sunday 26 March beginning about 12noon. Stephen Matthew signalled last year he would not be seeking re-election as People’s Warden. Each year Vestry votes two members on to the Cathedral Council.  Nominations for the following positions are invited:

  • People’s Warden
  • Cathedral Council x2

a.   The Minutes of the Annual Vestry Meeting held 10 April 2016 were taken as read and confirmed by Cathedral Council at the April 2016 meeting.      Motion:  “That the Minutes of this Meeting be confirmed by Cathedral Council at its earliest convenience.”

Motion: “Cathedral Council recommend to Vestry that the Cathedral apply to Anglican Funds South Australia for an interest only line of credit facility for up to $1.5m
for five years, pledging our investment units and The Lodge as security to enable it to meet scheduled payments for the Organ project should fundraising not provide sufficient funds
in time.”
