Property Committee

The Property Committee provides advice and makes regular reports to Cathedral Council. It meets fortnightly to prioritise actions and activities across the Property portfolio. It has a broad remit including:

  • paid and unpaid maintenance/repair of all Cathedral properties (Cathedral, Close, Lodge, Deanery)

  • routine maintenance/repair

  • major projects other than Conservation works
