Finance Committee
The purpose of the Finance Committee is to:
1. Advise the Cathedral Council on:
a. Matters relating to the financial management of the Cathedral;
b. Preparing budgets and monitoring performance against budget; and
c. Appointment of Auditor.
2. Be responsible for management of:
a. Compliance with statutory and financial reporting;
b. Measures to manage financial risk;
c. Efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls; and
d. Review of Remuneration and Conditions of non-clergy Cathedral staff.

At least one member of the Cathedral Council;
Additional members who need not be members of the Cathedral
